Job Description

At Home Title Lock, we provide protection and peace of mind for homeowners.

We are looking to add several Full-Time Customer Service Account Managers to our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer service satisfaction. You must be well organized, able to communicate effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Must be proficient in written and verbal communication.

Must be available to work some weekend hours and prosper in a fast-paced work environment.

Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about Home Title Lock services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Deed issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sales/Telemarketing experience
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service, real estate, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
