Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Regional Account Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Field Operations, Account Management, Scheduling, Profitability, and Operation Training.

Work is performed inside with travel to local locations with exposure to inside environmental conditions. This job requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, grasping, walking, standing, carrying and climbing. Requires infrequent lifting or carrying of objects up to 30 lbs.

Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Regional Account Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Field Operations, Account Management, Scheduling, Profitability, and Operation Training.
Description of Duties: The Branch Manager is responsible for the following:
Management
- Lead and provide day to day management of the training, field operations, and account management team including selection, retention, performance management and talent development.
- Oversee disciplinary and performance management processes including annual reviews and track and evaluate effectiveness of such efforts for employees within the direct reporting structure.
- Draft, approve, and conduct corrective action and performance management documentation and meetings including terminations with employees as needed
- Provide ongoing coaching, development, feedback, and training of employees within the direct reporting structure.
- Full profit and loss management for an assigned branch.
- Assist with acquisition and startup of new business.
Account Management/Client Retention
- Respond to client inquiries (questions, concerns, etc.) within 1 business day and take necessary action with client.
- Provide feedback and follow-up with Field Operations staff to address client needs
- Complete reports of top client concerns; including but not limited to how they were handled and or addressed
- Perform, track, and manage monthly client evaluations as assigned
- Meet with clients on monthly basis to perform general maintenance of accounts, including reviewing and updating post orders as needed
- Liaise between the company and the customers for pricing updates as needed
- Meet new clients to obtain information on site specific security procedures and post orders; train staff on procedures as needed.
- Implement client satisfaction drivers.
- Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Broad and working knowledge of industry trends, as well as company policies and procedures and administrative functions of all aspects of the company.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, clients and the public, ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures, ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, ability to write and investigate required reports; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures; ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to use tools and equipment required.
- Excellent moral character and clean background free from excessive misdemeanors, traffic offenses, or any felonies, as well as positive record with creditors and prior employers.
