Patient Outreach Representative. No Experience Needed!

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized individual as a Patient Outreach Representative who's primary function is to attract potential patients for Tipnes Health Clinic and bring them to tour our new facility in Tampa.

The successful candidate will be energetic, caring and will posses building strong relationships with patients and clients.

Staying abreast of the industry and a diligence to participate in constant updates and company training should be important to you as a Medical Sales Professional.

• Access to personal transportation with a valid driver's license required
• Ability to use E-Mail and computer reporting tools, Salesforce experience preferred
• Healthcare knowledge a plus

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing booths in high traffic areas to generate leads and patients for Tipnes Health Clinic.
• Coordinate events in senior housing communities to promote Tipnes Health Clinic and build relationships with potential patients.
• Networking with local event administrators to create booths and promotional opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve patient acquisition targets
• Deliver highest level of care and customer service to our prospects, patients and community partners
• Generate leads by prospecting, building and maintaining relationships throughout the community
• Nurture prospective patients and prospect for new patients with a care and building relationship mentality via email, phone, and networking
• Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically when developing local relationships.
• Create and manage an account development plan and report on results
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity data into customer relationship management (CRM) system and appropriate business systems.
