Practice Opportunity, a Hospital Employed Position:
- Looking to build new ENT practice with two physicians and support staff.
- This new ENT Practice will be a part of Affinity Clinic, a hospital-owned, large multi-specialty, outpatient clinic with 24 physicians and 34 APPs.
- Hospital also owns large pediatric group, Affinity Pediatrics.
- 7 Days of ED Call
- Affinity Hospitalist would assist with admissions.
- In the past, Tifton has had a good representation of rotating ENT coverage from larger cities. Tifton is now seeing larger market share and increase patients to our area. We need our own ENT practice to support the needs of our community.

Financial Package:
- $452,450 Compensation
- 10% bonus potential
