This position includes several tasks. A majority of the time you will be in the office, taking calls, helping customers with adjusting their accounts, and taking general inquires from those who are interested in our services.
There will also be a few secretarial duties, such as setting up paperwork for the following day, running bills, and making simple adjustments to data in our system.
Lastly, this position would also be covering our small retail boutique. You must be able to have good customer service skills and the ability to work with parents, and babies alike.
Basic parent/baby knowledge or experience is required, cloth diapering knowledge is not required as we will train, but it is always a plus.
