Role Overview

In the Sales Executive role, you will be on the front lines engaging with prospects, identifying target accounts, determining if there is a fit using the BANT methodology and actively executing sales activities as part of the sales process in order to close new business deals. The Sales Executive will be collaborating with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to help us scale our business by acquiring new accounts. 


More precisely


  • Conduct introductory calls, meetings/presentations, demos, draft proposals, negotiate contracts, etc. based on your in-depth knowledge of the TickSmith platform and business
  • Conduct outbound campaigns via email and phone
  • Provide in-depth handoffs conveying your insights to your colleagues in Sales
  • Test and optimize messaging with real market feedback
  • Document all your sales activities in Hubspot and ensure CRM data integrity 
  • Participate in team meetings and bring your market-based learnings back to the business to ensure continuous improvement

What you'll need

  • +3 years of enterprise sales development/sales engagement with proven results
  • Strong written and verbal communication (speak clearly and intelligibly)
  • Experienced with Hubspot or similar sales engagement platforms
  • ​​Great conversation skills (listening + talking, not just talking)
  • Self-starter - don’t need to be told what to do next and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Can bring invigorating energy over the phone and/or on Zoom 
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS Enterprise solutions 
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks technologies will make you stand out
  • Experience in a data company and familiarity with data challenges strongly preferred
