Extremely Busy Commercial Real Estate Firm with offices located in Georgetown, DC and Boca Raton, FL is looking for a number of highly motivated, smart, articulate and well-groomed commercial real estate leasing and sales agents with experience in this field. We represent investors, developers, national franchises as well as small and large business owners nationwide.


Research markets all over the country for profitable sites for our franchisees. Present property details to prospective clients. Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective customers. Stay up to date on the property market status. Stay in contact with clients and other agents through direct communication. Coordinate schedules between multiple parties for different property showings.


We need good people to help us identify quality tenants for the vacancies in our shopping centers, as well as profitable shopping centers for the tenants we represent.

We will train and provide you with all the necessary tools such as Co-Star, Loopnet, STDB Online, demographic and mapping tools, and much more that will be detailed in your interview. We also have a support team of knowledgeable marketing and leasing assistants. THIS IS NOT A JOB, THIS IS A CAREER with a clear path to earning uncapped commissions and building your own client base.


  • Current (or renewable) real estate license – Strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of DC/MD/VA or FL markets depending on what office you are applying.
  • Willing to make a high volume of cold calls, be willing to learn the markets and put in the necessary hours to succeed.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent computer skills – Proficient in EXCEL and WORD is a must.
  • Pro-Active, Self-Starter with great time management and organization skills.

A strong must have EXCELLENT interpersonal communication skills, a result driven attitude and a burning desire to succeed.
