About the Role & the Team

The Business Operations & Strategy team helps the company monitor performance, understand key business drivers and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations and accelerate growth.  This team fully embeds alongside the business, working directly with the exec team, sales leadership, clinical operations, finance, product, and other departments across the company on a mixture of strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead strategic analysis to answer key business questions, continually improve processes and optimize core business operations across all levels of the company
  • Build, maintain and continuously improve key reporting & metrics and facilitate performance review cadences
  • Understand and communicate the key drivers of performance
  • Work in partnership with senior leadership to establish goals and strategic priorities
  • Contribute to and lead components of forecasting and planning efforts
  • Project manage select initiatives to drive operational efficiency
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration and alignment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of analytics experience either in consulting, finance or business operations
  • Strong mastery of G-Suite, Microsoft office, etc. (especially PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels of management
  • Experience presenting data driven insights to audience of varying levels of seniority by leveraging BI tools, excel/google sheets and powerpoint/slides
  • Extensive experience modeling and analyzing large data sets
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Action oriented and entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience (Tech, Services, Insurance, Consulting)
  • Operating or analytics experience at a high growth company
  • Proficient in analytics reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI)
