2023 Summer Internship - Sales and Operations Intern

The ThriveMore Brands team is looking to hire a Sales & Operations Summer Intern for a 10-Week Internship program from June 5 - August 11 (dates flexible upon request). 

This role will report to the Sr. Sales and Operations Manager and will include the creation and automation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for key sales and operations functions. This intern will be responsible for key projects to be completed before the end of the summer. These projects will help streamline processes and provide resources for our franchise studios to help them run successful studios. 

Our ultimate goal is to support our franchise owners and help grow their average unit volume at a studio level.

The role will offer the opportunity to work alongside a growing team, including the VP of Sales & Operations and CEO, as we scale the franchise on a national level. This intern will be part of key conversations and projects that will positively impact our brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Become an expert in our customer relations management system to create training videos      
• Assist in virtual and in-person training at the Home Office to better equip teams with the knowledge they need to run a successful studio
• Pull key metrics and reporting data for the Sales and Operations Team to provide value and automate processes.
• Support all facets of the Sales and Operations Team

Skills: 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication       
• Desire to learn     
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft programs required
• Interest in the Health and Wellness industry - preferred

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree 
• Rising sophomore or above             
• Experience utilizing a customer relations management system is a plus 
• Experience in the Health and Wellness or Retail industries a plus
