2023 Summer Internship - Operations Intern [beem Light Sauna Brand]

The beem Light Sauna team is looking to hire an Operations Summer Intern for a 10-Week Internship program from June 5 - August 11 (dates flexible upon request). 

This role will report to the Project Manager of beem Light Sauna and will assist in creating and implementing training and operational material for the brand to support our franchise owners. Our ultimate goal is to support our franchise owners and help grow their average unit volume at a studio level.

The role will offer the opportunity to work alongside a growing team, including the brand President and CEO, as we scale the franchise on a national level. This intern will be part of key conversations and projects that will positively impact our brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Become an expert in our customer relations system to create training videos      
• Research industry standards to provide studios with training documents and educational material
• Assist in virtual and in-person training at the beem Light Sauna Home Office to better equip teams with the knowledge they need to run a successful studio

Skills: 

• Strong attention to detail     
• Strong written and oral communication       
• Desire to learn     
• Interest in the Health and Wellness industry a plus   

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree 
• Rising sophomore or above             
• Experience utilizing a customer relations management system a plus
