We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician II to join our teams at Sancerre!

We have a Floating Maintenance Supervisor opening to contribute to our TESS Floating Team! Our floating team demonstrates their expertise when serving our communities through transitions, open positions, and so much more!

Our maintenance supervisors play a major role in the success of our company by providing excellent customer service, completing exceptional unit turns, and service requests. This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work at various styles and sizes of communities to expand your skills and help grow you in your professional career!

Schedule: Full-time; Tuesday-Saturday

Maintenance Technician Salary and Benefits:

  • $26-$30/hr DOE + excellent benefits and bonus opportunities!

    Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

    • Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
    • Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
    • Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
    • Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
    • Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
    • Contributes to a positive team environment and happy resident base.

    Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

    • Prior maintenance experience in property management preferred, but not required
    • Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong team player
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
    • Weekends may be required

    Background Check & Drug Screen Policy

    Thrive Communities conducts background checks and drug screens after the conditional offer of employment is accepted, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.     • Amphetamines including Methamphetamine
    • Cocaine Metabolites
    • Opiates including Codeine and Morphine
    • Phencyclidine ("PCP")

    Thrive is following OSHA's Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) regarding Covid-19 vaccinations and testing.
