Small software development company is currently hiring a call center agent for their customer service department. This position is part time and will provide approximately 20-30 hours per week. Schedule is somewhat flexible. Hours will be between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. along with a later shift if desired. Monday through Friday only. Starting pay is up to $18 per hour depending on experience. Regular opportunities for pay increases and advancement with the company are available.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience working in a call center and enjoy providing exceptional customer support. Applicants should be comfortable learning new programs and consider themselves "tech savvy". The company has created an accounting software program and is hiring individuals to learn the program (offering paid training) and be able to provide basic technical support and customer service on their accounts.
The CSR is responsible for answering inbound calls from existing customers that have general inquiries regarding their account, want to make a payment or updates to their account information. This position also required providing general technical support for basic questions. This role does not handle difficult I.T. or troubleshooting software issues. We do not need a help desk technician for this role. Interested applicants must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and have intermediate typing skills.
