Mow Crew Leader Requirements
Keep a valid KS or MO DL and a DOT Medical card
Skilled at driving a truck and trailer combo
Skilled at Operating Stand on Mowers, Line Trimmers, Blowers, and other various hand held equipment
Typical hours of work are Monday-Friday 730-530. However, you may be required to work later and on Saturdays because of weather and or client demands.
Other duties you will perform on an As Needed basis are: Bed Edging, Mulching, Annual planting, Bed Weeding, Shrub Pruning, Hand Pruning Ornamental Tree Pruning, and Leaf Clean up.

Mow Crew Leader Description
Follow the mow route in chronological order using the most direct/efficient route possible
Complete daily work orders accurately with precise times and dates
Report any equipment problems or failures to manager via ph or on work order the day of.
Pick up all trash and small limbs before mowing. Leave the property in better condition than it was when you arrived.
Maintain equipment: i.e. sharpen blades, grease daily and clean daily. Change oil monthly.
Maintain a clean truck
Lock up equipment and truck when not in use. (you and your crew are responsible for all equipment)
Teach and lead your crew how to do the most efficient job possible with safety being the #1 priority
Client Care: take initiative to greet or resolve any conflict or needs the customer might have.
Snow work will be paid at 1.5 x your summer hr wage plus OT(1.5) after 40hrs. Hours work may be long and abnormal.
Must always wear Three Trails apparel (provided by Three Trails)
Must always wear eye and ear protection with long semi fitted pants without holes and closed toed shoes or boots (PPE Provided by Three Trails)
