Mid-level Project Manager for Global Digital Marketing Team

Responsibilities:

Manage project portfolio of 40-60 ongoing digital projects including web, email, and social
Communicate with clients to define project scope & requirements and to communicate on-going project status and progress
Define project budgets leveraging internal team members as applicable
Assign resources to applicable tasks leveraging a shared resource pool of designers, developers, QA, etc
Participate in daily resource allocation sessions collaborating with other PMs on the team
Ensure all projects meet quality, budget and timeline expectations
Prioritize project portfolio with clients and project team
Reporting on various levels of projects using the Workfront Project Management tool
Foster strong working relationships with team members to ensure quality deliverables

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
4-5 years experience managing and executing a portfolio of 40-60 digital projects in a large, global company
4-5 years experience managing project portfolio leveraging Project Management tools such Workfront or Basecamp (not managing out of excel).
2-3 years experience with large content management systems, such as AEM, and being a 'doer' as well as a manager to complete tasks such as posting new content, adding assets to an enterprise DAM, setting metadata on digital assets, as needed
Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills to enable working across a wide variety of business clients as well within the more technical internal team
Bachelor's Degree
