Job Title: Administrative Assistant - 8061-PART -TIME
Duration: 2.5 months
Hours: Part time -Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (8 hours)
Work Environment: professional
Dress code: business causal

Job Description:
Provide Administrative support to our Hopkins office and other job functions as needed. Purchasing and reconciling via SAP, managing calendars, travel coordination and expense reporting. This role includes the coordination of reports and processes and other administrative duties as requested. Additionally, this role also includes handling of confidential material. This position works closely with Salt's other Administrative Assistants and provides back-up support as needed. Maintain the manufacturing excellence calendar. This role provides professionalism in administrative, organizational, and communication skills. This role also provides general office management for the Business in Hopkins.

Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years administrative experience, supporting teams.
MS Office experience specifically in Outlook, Notebook, Teams.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Team player, works well with all levels of the organization

Preferred Skills:
Experience with onsite and offsite catering
Some knowledge of web based tools Skype, SharePoint, etc.
Ability to manage expenses with a high degree of efficiency
Some experience with SAP
Experience in O365
