Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

We are investing in scaling our sales team to support our continued growth and looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to work as a key member of our team. As a member of ThoroughCare’s Sales team, you will execute on the go-to-market strategy for our customer-facing teams and build and manage processes that accelerate revenue growth.

You will have the opportunity to master your sales operations skills in an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth and a highly collaborative team atmosphere; this includes having the chance to work directly with senior leadership and the potential for future roles in sales with a rapidly changing and growing healthcare software company.

Responsibilities and what to expect:

In one month, you will:

  • Attend training(s) and learn the ThoroughCare story, to gain an understanding of how existing customers use our products
  • Complete onboarding and internalize ThoroughCare’s business model and go-to-market strategy
  • Learn framework for measuring sales team activities and performance

By month three you will:

  • Fully understand our internal organization and be able to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Disseminate and interpret forecasting data and trends, communicate forecast accuracy, concerns, and needed improvements to sales management
  • Provide guidance to other departments on territory, account, and opportunity ownership
  • Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) response and delivery processes
  • Operationally onboard (systems and territory enablement) new sales team members
  • Manages team training activities. Collaborate with company experts to set agendas, schedule presenters, and execute sales team training

By month six you will:

  • Have developed dashboards and metrics to monitor productivity, revenue performance, and other sales organization KPIs.
  • You will own and manage the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all sales reporting
  • Advise sales team in creating & reviewing pricing proposals, including discount levels.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates aligned to our pricing, new product releases & general commercial strategy.
  • Plan and organize regular trainings for sales team members to understand new elements of our pricing model and new product rollouts
  • Work with the sales leadership to identify a plan for continued growth
  • Bring your best thinking, strategy, and ideas to the team to advance our unique value proposition, culture, and vision for the future

About you and what type of skills you will need:

  • Desire to pursue a career in Healthcare Sales Operations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to influence decision making and communicate ideas across all levels of management
  • 2+ years of full-time prior sales operations, and sales forecasting experience
  • Strong financial and reporting skills
  • A proven understanding of how to work in a goal-oriented team
  • Ability to receive continuous feedback and strive for improvement

Bonus points for:

  • SaaS sales experience
  • Healthcare industry experience

This position is full time and available immediately. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation and career advancement opportunities. Onsite placement for this position is preferred.
