Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning specializes in zoning, ducting, air conditioning installations, air conditioning repairs, furnace installations, furnace repairs, new construction, air purification, and high efficiency HVAC products. Service Technician Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Preferred candidates will have work that involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment

Pay Rate - $30 - $ 50 per hour depending on experience - plus spiffs and bonuses

Work Hours: 4 day - 10-hour work shifts - Great Work/Life Balance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
• 3+ years of Plumber Technician experience a plus!
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• EPA certified; NATE certifications preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
