The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and a demonstrated ServiceNow team-player. Our ServiceNow Solution Architects can design, architect and serve as the lead developer responsible for the development of new ServiceNow solutions and enhancements to existing environments. We will rely on your expertise working with large-scale applications and frameworks and we will leverage your outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting, designing, developing, implementing and integrating ServiceNow CSM suite solutions that are simple, intuitive, and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality of ServiceNow to meet their specific business needs.
• Solutions across any / or combination of ServiceNow modules, current: CSM required, SAM, TSM and FSM are desired as well.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable ServiceNow and JavaScript code
• Develop on the ServiceNow platform including applications, database integration, interfaces, and / or new functionality enhancements

Qualifications

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow implementations and / or integrations required
• Designing, architecting and lead developer of ServiceNow implementations and integrations required
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator required
• ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist - CIS - CSM required
• ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer desired
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as RESTful and SOAP around APIs desired
• Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: JavaScript, ServiceNow and scripting required
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering desired (or related Technical field)

United States Compensation Statement

Compensation for positions at Thirdera depends on various factors including but not limited to the location of the role, required skill set, educational background, experience, and any required professional certifications.

In accordance with local laws as applicable, Thirdera provides a reasonable range of salaries for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington:

• California: $ 140,000 - 152,000
• Colorado: $ 140,000 - 152,000
• New York City: $ 140,000 - 152,000
• Washington: $ 140,000 - 152,000
