Thinkwell is a global design and production company that creates compelling, location-based guest experiences for a wide variety of clients all around the world. Thinkwell was founded in Los Angeles in 2001 and has since grown to include studios in Beijing, Abu Dhabi, Montréal, with a project & sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

We nurture projects through varying levels of development based on client needs, including preliminary assessments and data analysis, blue sky ideation, concept development, scripting and media creation, schematic design, construction oversight, installation, staff training, marketing, and even celebrations on opening day and beyond. 

We take great pride in our ability to create best-in-class visitor experiences for a global audience and are even more gratified by the long-lasting client relationships that we enjoy today. We believe that both are a result of an egoless collaborative process, open, honest communication, and a diverse team with equally diverse backgrounds, interests, perspectives, and skillsets. 

As experience designers, we know firsthand that creativity is an inherent characteristic of every human being, and that great ideas can come from anyone. Our teams include project managers, art and creative directors, master planners, interior designers, landscape architects, graphic designers, writers, artists, media producers, post-production specialists, and more. All of them are powered by our H.R. and Business Development teams, legal council, finance specialists, I.T. experts, operations staff, translators, coordinators, and more. Each and every team member is an essential ingredient not just in Thinkwell’s creative process, but in the shaping of our company’s culture, and continuing our track record of success.
