Using a live marketing method while also training and building tomorrow's successful leaders in business keeps this standard going.Responsibilities: • Assist with analyzing and monitoring ongoing activities and campaigns. • Schedule and distribute communications collateral and content. • Assist the Office team with other general administrative tasks to ensure the department’s success. • Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications and other invoices associated with the project. • Support staff responsible for specific sites to identify requirements, estimate costs, prepare schedules, and coordinate completion of required work. • Help determine the best methods to perform project tracking and reporting tasks; review completed projects and makes recommendations for future process enhancements. • Perform standard and ad hoc reporting for management. • Maintain a detailed, organized file and records system. • Provide timely, helpful and thorough responses and resolutions to customer requests. • Develop a technical understanding of products and communicate effectively with customers and internal personnel.Requirements: • Strong and collaborative team player • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities • Strong problem-identifying and -solving skills • Openness to feedback, self-awareness, and ability to adapt to change effectively and professionallyBonus Points: • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vacation Days
