This position will be filled by individuals who are self-starters, have a strong work ethic, and are dependable.
You will be calling logistics companies on the phone, retrieving certain information from them and sending an email with product information to them. These companies are required to have ELD (electronic logging devices) onboard their vehicles. This is a FEDERAL MANDATE and 7 out of 10 companies that we talk to NEED WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER!
At least 111 outbound calls will be expected of you daily (From home or office)
Add contacts into our CRM and send Intro Template email out so that you get credit
Work closely with your Sales Manager who manages 7 Appointment setters
Excellent communication skills
Must be an organized, self-motivated individual
Must be able to multi task and have excellent customer service skills
Call center experience or telemarketing experience required 1-2yrs
Commission Only (20% of Gross Profit, average deal size is $25,000 and on average, 7 deals are attainable daily with our LEADS LISTS).
After 3-5 days of training (based on your Skill Level), a WEEKLY DRAW is available for those that are SALES NINJA’S who can QUALIFY the leads with our “3 Step Process” and Phone Scripts. Six figures in 6 months being conservative IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES.
NO CAP ON INCOME POTENTIAL, Career growth is available and within 4 weeks with our “Fast Start Training Program” that could catapult you to a Manager position. Average Appointment Setter’s can book 7+ “Real Deals” into the Sales Funnel, Super Star Ninja Warrior Appointment Setter’s can book 15+ “Real Deals”. You have the opportunity to earn overrides off of Appointment Setters once promoted based on performance and Sales Pro’s of both In-Bound and Out-Bound initiatives that recently created over $50 M in Sales Potential in the last 90 days and we haven’t even scratched the surface yet!
