Job Summary:

Thibaut is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement, drive incremental sales, and foster lead generation. The ideal candidate is creative, growth-oriented, and excited to work in the home design industry alongside a team of collaborative, passionate marketers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan and manage email content calendar. Collaborate across departments to align on messaging, targeting, and synchronized launch communications.
  • Craft inspirational and compelling digital content that spans trending editorial themes, product pushes, educational series, designer spotlights, and events.
  • Work with graphic designer on editorial layouts, creative briefs, animated GIFs and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Deploy email marketing campaigns and monitor performance through ESP and Google Analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, opt-outs, subscriber growth, and revenue.
  • Set up email automations, customer journey workflows, and dynamic content to trigger communications based on website behavior and/or account activity.
  • Implement testing methods to optimize performance with A/B split and multivariate testing.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership team and summarize actionable takeaways.
  • Oversee customer segmentation and list management in ESP. Collect and upload lists from lead generating activities and maintain health of customer data.
  • Analyze customer reports and sales data to identify new opportunities to leverage in communications.
  • Assist with corporate strategic initiatives related to digital marketing including CRM platforms and ecommerce integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience required; in a creative industry, consumer brand preferred.
  • Experience with ESPs (Klayvio preferred) and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Analytics.
