Lead and manage service dept. personnel by coaching and counseling. Coordinate and assist staff to ensure customers downtime is minimal. Work closely with customers to ensure they have a clear understanding of the problem and solution. Assist management with promoting service department personnel training and development. Maintain department goals for profitability and efficiency.
Must have a minimum of (10) years of service and maintenance experience with fuel fired boiler and burner equipment and a minimum of (5) years supervisory experience.
