Reporting to the Key Account Management Director, the Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. They will actively participate in securing partnerships and creating advocacy in the Compounding Marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to build strategic partnerships with leading organizations in the Compounding Market for Imvexxy and future product launches
- These include but are not limited to messaging, implementation strategy, strategic partnering and customer relationship management
- He or she will have a skill set to lead through influence with both internal and external partners
- The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to work with varying client types and will be capable of identifying how to maximize the partnerships success
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Pharmacy Industry in business functions
- Understanding of the healthcare value chain
- A proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative and quantitative goals at both an individual and team level
- Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess new opportunities both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Comfort with working in a smaller company environment
- Ability to drive and produce results
- Ability to plan, organize & prioritize activities
