Key Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. They will actively participate in securing partnerships and creating advocacy in the Compounding Marketplace.

  • Collaborate with leadership to build strategic partnerships with leading organizations in the Compounding Market
  • Responsible for implementing strategy, strategic partnering, and customer relationship management
  • Lead through influence with both internal and external partners
  • Work with varying client types and identify how to maximize the partnerships success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or life sciences required, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Pharmacy Industry in business functions
  • Understanding of the healthcare value chain
  • A proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative and quantitative goals at both an individual and team level
  • Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess new opportunities both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Comfort with working in a smaller company environment
  • Ability to drive and produce results
  • Ability to plan, organize & prioritize activities
  • Ability to think strategically & execute tactically
  • Superior Collaboration/Relationship Management
  • Managing & measuring results and performance
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Problem solving & negotiation skills
