Must be familiar with PRP
Reviews intake and referral documents from PRP staff.
Enter authorizations and concurrent authorizations.
Monitor and update the PRP authorizations.
Enters DLA-20’s into system.
Conduct Quality Assurance Surveys for clients and send them to the PRP Director.
Monitor client compliance and send discharge information to clients when necessary.
Utilize Electronic Health Record to record services and documentation
Utilize computer and systems for external and internal communication.
Completes all intake paperwork and follow-up documentation.
Assists in Medical Records requests.
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks such as keeping an accurate calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging transportation for clients.
Answering phones and take messages.
Provides information by answering questions and requests via phone, fax or email.
Keeping accurate records.
Ensure all data updated and maintained in system.
Other duties as assigned.
At least 1 year of experience in mental health services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Time management and organizational skills.
Effective and efficient telephone, written, and computer literacy skills.
Knowledge of grammar, composition, spelling, and punctuation.
Knowledge of mental health services or clinical setting.
