Effectively monitor, control and support a wide range of delivery services thus ensuring the fact that all the procedures and methodologies are followed to the core.
Responsible for defining ITIL standards, processes for new markets and ensure entire team follow the agreed processes.
Periodically do the risk/problem ticket assessment and identify mitigation/contingency steps in coordination with customer.
Plan, develop, and, at clients request, administer training, including documentation of training (i.e., uploading documentation and artifacts to clients internal training site).Responsible for timesheet, payment and SOW submission Produce management and account performance report on agreed schedule or upon request.
Conduct meetings with customer/stakeholders regularly to discuss service level performance and continuous improvement and Notify clients of any new regulatory compliance
Documenting the requirements, coordinating with business & offshore,
Perform testing validation on solutions delivered from Offshore.
