We are looking for a relationship manager to work with our brand partners, providing top-notch client service and coordinating sponsored content and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience managing clients and overseeing campaigns that are digital in nature.
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage projects and day-to-day communication with brand partners
Develop strong relationships at all levels with client and agency partners
Maintain a thorough understanding of our brand partners, their industries and business challenges - becoming a trusted partner capable of delivering creative ideas and solutions
Clearly communicate advertiser goals and run brainstorm meetings to develop new ideas for sponsored content and advertising
Partner with the business development team to plan campaigns that encompass digital, social and grassroots components
Run post-sales kick off meetings to brief the team, communicating all necessary information to ensure programs run smoothly, on strategy and on time
Execute sold campaigns, ensuring complete delivery and client satisfaction
Put together and aid in great client presentations
Deliver detailed in-progress and post-campaign reports to clients, providing data and meaningful insights
Build proposals to expand business with existing clients

The ideal candidate will have:
Meaningful client service and project management experience (2-6 years) - preferably working with brand partners on digital campaigns
Great relationship-building skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Strong skills in putting together slide decks and other presentation materials (including expertise in PowerPoint, Excel & Google Docs)
In-depth knowledge of digital media and advertising, online marketing technology and the competitive landscape
Experience working with online analytics platforms for reporting purposes (e.g., Google Analytics & Data Studio, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)

This position's salary range is $50,000-75,000 a year.
