Our specialization in Mortgage Protection Insurance requires our representatives to meet and serve families that have requested help with mortgage protection or final expense insurance. With access to over 20 A and A-rated insurance carriers, our representative provide the best and most affordable options and will also have access to final expense, Med sup's, IUL's and Annuities products as well.
What we do: each week we mail thousands of letters to people who just bought or refinanced a home in your area. Our letters state that our clients may qualify for a non-medical mortgage protection product. This product will pay off the mortgage in the event of their death or make the mortgage payments in case of a disability or critical illness like cancer, heart attack or stroke. And at the end of the term, if our clients are still alive, they have the option to receive all of their money back. Simply put, free insurance, and savings plan.
Our clients that are interested in our product(s) will personally fill out our questionnaire, with their name, birthdate, height & weight, sex, smoker or non-smoker status, and a few phone numbers to reach them by. They will then fold up that application and mail it back to us. We also have telemarketers who call our senior population and get responses from them that they need final expense coverage or annuity coverage. NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED.
What we need is a field underwriter who will take these applications and call our clients, set an appointment, and go sit down with them at their home for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan that fits their need and budget. Typically, a commission is about $500.00 per family you protect. Yes, it is full commission but our average full-time underwriter will sell 5 to 8 mortgage protection plans a week.
