TheVillage is currently seeking to hire a full-time (minimum of 30 hours per week) Registered Nurses (RN) for the residential campus located near Villanova. The residential campus serves up to 55 adolescent females 24 hours a day in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), as well as two on-campus group homes. These youth are all adolescent females who have experienced significant traumas and disruptions in their lives and are at theVillage to receive support and treatment to reduce their symptoms and support their re-integration into their homes and communities. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, this position is responsible to administer medications, monitor residents’ health, provide first aid, and help to facilitate the development of healthy self-care. The nurse will be fully trained as an observer of therapeutic hold techniques and available to commit to evening and weekend shifts.

Qualified candidates must possess applicable licensure/certification and at least one year of clinical experience. Must have a valid driver's license to occasionally transport residents.

Must be able to successfully pass the background clearance process as mandated by the Child Protective Services law and meet all initial and ongoing training requirements as identified by the agency Training Coordinator and state regulations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a psychiatric setting with youth and have a passion for helping young people heal through hope and quality care.
