We are actively seeking a DYNAMIC, self-motivated professional to join our amazing team as an Executive Recruiter. This person must be results driven, trustworthy, and a quality professional with high energy. This is a base pay plus unlimited bonus potential opportunity. We offer unlimited income potential. If you hit your monthly goals, you should expect to earn a minimum bonus of $2,000 per month on top of your base pay; if you exceed your goals each month you will earn more. It is possible to earn $100K+ in this role. In addition, we offer fun contests with the opportunity to earn daily cash bonuses on top of other bonuses.

You’ll be working in our office in south Tulsa, OK, working on a national level placing veterinarians, boarded veterinary specialists, and leadership positions in veterinary practices, both corporate-owned and privately-owned. This role is responsible for coordinating with the project manager to determine client hiring needs, then sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to fill the open positions.
Primary Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by our client’s guidelines
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure sufficient candidate flow to assigned locations
• Utilize online resources and our proprietary database to source candidates for locations
• Manage and achieve goals/metrics related to sourcing candidates for assigned locations
• Cultivate relationships with candidates, the Project Manager, and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork, and credibility
• Implement sourcing strategies, including monitoring and evaluating various recruitment sources to produce optimal results
• Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends

Pay Structure: base pay + bonus pay
