Job Description
The United Oil Company, Inc., a regional manufacturer and supplier of heavy duty lubricants since 1920, is looking to fill an office manager position in our customer service department.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Manage: Manage 2 - 3 employees in customer service department.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with orders, questions, etc.
- Order Processing: Processing orders received from customers and sales department.
- Answer Phones: Answer multiple phone lines.
- New Accounts: Setting up new customer accounts.
- Invoicing: Processing customer invoices.
- Filing: File customer invoices and other information.
- Quotes: Prepare customer quotes.
- A/P: Enter accounts payable in QuickBooks.
- Other Projects: Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Prior management experience.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Data entry skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Organization skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Be proficient in QuickBooks.
- Desire to learn.
