We are looking for Senior Learning & Development Consultants who have a growth mindset and are driven by this evolving, dynamic industry or are interested in becoming a part of it.

       

      As a TTA Senior Learning and Development Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be business development. This will include achieving targeted sales goals by establishing a solid pipeline through prospecting, qualifying leads, establishing personal relationships with clients, crafting client-focused solutions, and closing business. A successful Senior Learning and Development Sales Consultant establishes TTA as the go-to L&D partner for all their clients’ learning requirements.

        

        What You'll Do:


      • Hunt, qualify leads, prospect, and close new business
      • Build and grow a solid pipeline from new and recurring business
      • Identify key decision makers and influencers while establishing strong relationships
      • Effectively scope clients' business requirements to provide a customized solution
      • Communicate the value of TTA's services through consultative conversations
      • Once established, maintain a high level of customer service on existing accounts
      • Utilize organizational skills to handle follow-up activities, including responding to customers in a timely manner
      • Maximize gross margin with an understanding of industry knowledge, market trends, and best practices
      • Utilize CRM system to plan, manage, forecast, and execute sales activities
      • Invest in professional growth by continuing to educate yourself on the L&D industry and participating in knowledge sharing with the sales team

       

       Why We Want You:

       

      • You have at least 5 years of direct B2B sales experience
      • You are self-motivated, goal oriented, have a growth mindset, and a positive attitude
      • You have a background in Learning and Development, staffing, or consulting services
      • You have experience establishing and maintaining strong partnerships
      • You are comfortable calling into accounts of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies
      • You have extensive outbound calling experience, and enjoy prospecting and cold calling to develop new business relationships
      • You are adept at exceeding sales quotas and driving growth of company revenues ​
      • You have exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
      • You are a team player with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal departments in a kind and respectful manner
      • You are proficient in MS Office applications including Teams
      • You will be able to travel as needed to customer visits and trade shows
