All applicants must be group lead qualified in Colorado.
In addition, we must require previous experience as a preschool teacher or childcare teacher in a state-licensed center or school. And, most importantly, adaptability in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment and participation in activities like singing, dancing, jumping and running. (Karaoke and juggling skills are definitely a plus!)
