We are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising/CRM Manager to develop and manage marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on paid advertising, along with managing the backend CRM. This position will work directly with the CEO to collaborate effective and creative ways to market and grow the company. We are a young and quickly growing company, and we’re looking for someone with experience who can produce quality and effective marketing campaigns.
Determines the most effective points of interaction for marketing campaigns by using reports from the customer information system.
Manage and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to generate more calls.
Manage all email marketing efforts.
Develop analysis and reports to determine future marketing and spend.
Google SEO and analytics.
Create and optimize an organic marketing strategy.
Create monthly reports on the efficacy of all marketing efforts and plan for improvement.
Build multi-channel campaigns using social media.
Manage and track funnel performance and optimize accordingly.
Applies customer and sales information from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to achieve marketing goals.
Proven results working with Facebook and other social media advertising, email marketing, eCommerce, and funnel building.
Experience with copywriting and direct response marketing.
3+ years working in similar position managing ads accounts and marketing plans for medium to large companies
Familiar with channels and software/tools such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, Customer Relationship Management systems, Clickfunnels, ActiveCampaign etc.
Ability to grow with the company for the right person.
This position is local to the San Diego area.
Position is flexible can could be up to full-time.
