To be specific, this is MUCH more of a service & management role than it is a sales role. Also, know that we hire on character and we can train skill... so let's talk!Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000Responsibilities:Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regionsPut up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current dataGather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales processTurn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipelineA problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client baseOversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience.Supervise and manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction.Manage the customer experience through serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers.
