Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of results in e-commerce, creating, defining, and executing a digital marketing plan to drive top-line revenue and support manufacturing company mission/vision. The successful candidate is savvy and capable of developing a scalable program and processes. A digital expert to drive inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media management, website conversion testing, online paid advertising, and email marketing. You will grow our database, acquire new customers and increase overall company revenues.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to market specific digital messaging, utilizing market analytics, competitive analysis, and all other social media platforms that are specific for the company and its products to drive market awareness.
•Design, develop, facilitate, implement, and execute digital marketing initiatives and activities to support and optimize brand and educational campaigns as well as product development, positioning, and placement.
•Translate digital data-driven strategies into comprehensive social media plans and go-to-market execution.
•Determine and optimize multi-platform use. Generate, edit, publish, and share content to grow, educate and engage audiences through digital media.
•Lead content marketing strategy. Create, curate, and manage the publishing of relevant, original, high-quality text, images, and video content.
•Strategic website planning and integration of company websites; prioritizing, itemizing, and planning content development to fill content gaps identified via competitive and audience research.
•Ensure the development of brand awareness and online reputation with plans that differentiate our product in each of our respective markets.
•Monitor digital media activities of all audiences, competitive social presences and market data and analyze to the benefit of company sales channels. Innovate and improve brand communications and customer experience and engagement.
•Outline specific, timely marketing campaigns to activate social channels, target customers, engage audiences, and cultivate leads and sales. Optimize company pages within social media channels to increase content visibility, grow brand reputation, market share and audience education and engagement.
•Develop plan and oversee search engine optimization and the generation of inbound traffic.
•Measure and report performance of all digital media marketing campaigns. Assess performance against goals.
•Continuously explore new marketing channels, make recommendations for improvements, and implement new strategies
•BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
•Strong organizational and communication skills to give leadership visibility into marketing efforts, successes and challenges.
