- Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills
- Hold open houses regularly
- Qualify and track all incoming leads through our dedicated CRM
- Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents
- Serve as middle man between your buyer and seller

We give our agents every opportunity to learn, grow, take on leads, and, ultimately, close transactions. The buyer agent number that is found on all our signage sends calls directly to all the agents in our office. And this is just one of the many ways we generate leads. We also utilize, open houses, pay-per-click advertising, Zillow and social media, and we have a high-quality CRM.
On top of access to our systems, agents also gain immediate credibility when they join our team — due to the high volume of business we’re doing at all times.
In short, you could continue at your current pace — making inconsistent income, paying for your own marketing and advertising expenses, and having little freedom in your life and career. From day one, you’ll get started on our 30-, 60-, and 90-day programs, where weekly goals will help you stay accountable and on the right track to meet your goals. During your first week, you’ll launch into our new member orientation and also enroll in our MLS launch class. And unlike other brokerages, the only things you pay for on our team is your license, E&O insurance, and MLS dues. You pay no marketing expenses
The on-boarding process will include:
- Pulling together and entering your sphere in our 33-touch program
- Working side-by-side with me on scripting
- Training with myself and other team leaders
- Shadowing open houses
Even once on-boarding is complete, I meet with my agents on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are meeting their goals and their potential.
When you apply with us right now, you have the benefit of getting in on the ground floor. We award the most leads to agents who have been with us for the longest periods of time, so this is a key opportunity. On top of that, we are also looking to expand to other areas of the Chicagoland area and the country in the future. This means that top agents have the opportunities to form their own teams within our larger team structure.
In your first year on our team, you will make $50,000 with no marketing expenses. The following year, we would expect that you would be making over $100,000. And beyond that, your income can soar to over $150,000 a year.
