We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator! You will be responsible for your assigned branch office's effective management and profitable operation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the home staging process
- Oversee the flow of home staging and destaging
- Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
- Review costs for optimal budget planning
- Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate management
- Knowledge of standard banking practices
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Track all rental payments, send rent reminders and collect rent payments
- Schedule all stagings and destaging
- Schedule team stagings on TSheets
- Weekly schedule of movers and TSS staging schedule
- Served as logistics lead on all jobs. Logistics involve, trucks, inventory, staff, and site requirements (lockbox codes and elevators) and movers
- Oversee quality control in all stages
