Real Estate Outside Sales Agent

Do you love the thrill of the hunt? We're looking for excellent sales agents to join our real estate team. License is not required upfront, however, you need to be willing to immediately begin the licensure course. The real estate market is booming and we're looking for motivated agents, with varying levels of experience to help us grow our market share in the Greater Boston area. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently without direct supervision. • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities

• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
• A consistent top performer in sales
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines

• A valid MA Real Estate License is preferred for this job
