Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will support The Siegel Group and all affiliated brands in managing our social media presence and effectiveness, creating unique social/digital content and developing various marketing communication. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Marketing in the areas of social media, brand management, email marketing, communications and digital operations.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Responsible for content creation of our multiple brands on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and all other social media platforms.

· Manage and track all marketing campaigns and analytics

· Develop social and digital media strategies and tactics to drive positive results

· Increase the number of followers/fans to our accounts through community outreach and content management.

· Help build, manage and update the social media strategy including paid, non-paid, and influencers for special events and campaigns

· Implement daily website content updates

· Create and execute all organization publishing, internet, digital needs.

· Research, analyze and monitor market trends and research to drive the right content to the right audience, recognizing key demographics and timeliness of posts.

· Assist Director of Marketing and other executives with special projects and other assignments as necessary.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 4 or more years of social media strategy, digital content marketing and marketing leadership required

· Extensive knowledge and/or knowledge in online communication mediums such as: Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram.

· Must possess excellent organization skills

· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following:

o Microsoft Office

o Microsoft Project

o Google Analytics

o Social Media Apps

o Basic HTML

o Photoshop

· High level understanding of best practices and experience with email marketing, SEM/SEO programmatic ad platforms, and database management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must have experience in a fast-paced, changing environment

· Must be assertive, persistent, proactive and results oriented

· Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Sitting for multiple hours, working closely with team members, working in an in-office environment.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

· Indoor, professional corporate office

· Ability to work at both indoor and outdoor promotional events as needed

· Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends where necessary
