The Sharpened Athlete is looking to add qualified, experienced soccer trainers and goalie trainers to our supplemental training program. The Sharpened Athlete's philosophy is centered on creating an environment that encourages independent decision making, risk taking, technical development within a high-intensity environment. Most players that participate in our programming are considered the top 20% of their age group, but we also train varying ability levels. Coaches will be asked to run 60-90 minute supplemental technical soccer training sessions with The Sharpened Athlete curriculum.

The exact start and end dates are based on the needs of our small-groups and training classes each season. The hours range from 3-10 hours each week with the opportunity to grow further.

Requirements

Over the age of 18

Minimum USSF 'D' or equivalent coaching license (assistant coaches do not need this)

Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)

Coaching experience with youth players or previous playing experience

Reliable form of transportation as we are a mobile training organization.

Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
