Job Description
The Schreiber Team- Transaction Coordinator/ Team Administrator

Rancho Santa Fe based successful real estate team (with Compass), is looking for full time admin/TC. This job currently includes listing coordination, escrow management, TC and admin support/project work. Must be an energetic, outgoing, self-motivated person who has a passion for not only Real Estate but customer service, being a team player and culture. This person must be interested in growing with our team with a high level of self-managed organization and a commitment to excellence and accuracy. Someone that can jump in with a positive attitude and accurately get things done!

Full Time W-2 Position.

Requirements
High School Diploma
California Real Estate License with deep knowledge of residential real estate and/or at least one year experience as a transaction coordinator and willingness to obtain license.
Understands can execute an escrow transaction process in detail.
Ability to type 70 words a minute
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database management.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Office software and real estate associated programs.
Must maintain a reliable, professional insured vehicle and means of transportation at all times.

Job Duties:
Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, listing agreement, seller disclosures, CMA, Property profile, marketing materials
Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact to closing
Consult & coordinate with sellers all vendors including staging, photos, signs, lockboxes, pre-marketing, cleaning, handyman work & marketing activities.
Obtain all necessary signatures on listing paperwork, disclosures, and other necessary documentation required by Compass and DRE, once reviewed by team agent.
Coordinate w marketing consultant to advertise/create marketing for all open houses and property events.
Input all listing information (data entry) into the MLS, marketing websites and ShowingTime
Submit all necessary documents to Compass/Skyslope/Trello for file compliance
Data entry input into CRM and Trello
Provide weekly updates/information/feedback to sellers regarding showings, marketing and other team activities to get their property sold
Manage all systems like Gdrive/Trello/DocuSign/Zipforms/ Compass marketing center/Sentrilock/Showingtime
Coordinate title/escrow/lenders/appraisals/inspections
Coordinate and schedule inspections
Assist in drafting documents
Manage client database and keep it up to date
Coordinate property flyers and marketing material in Compass Marketing Center
Send out weekly newsletters
Regularly obtain client testimonials
Coordinate/schedule/facilitate agent marketing videos/property websites
Create & manage all systems for seller/buyers/agents on team

Support agent team in such a manner that their activities are limited to: going on appointments, listing properties, showing properties, property appointments, negotiating contracts and lead generation.
