A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER P.E.

As a member of the architecture division, you’ll work as Project Engineer on industrial, educational, health care and commercial facilities projects. You'll direct all aspects of assigned projects related to HVAC, fire protection, piping, plumbing and temperature controls projects. You will also participate in planning, cost development scheduling and coordination with utilities, communication systems, structures, machines, equipment and processes. Your ability to lead and grow mechanical engineering efforts in your geographic area makes you an ideal candidate for this position!

Qualifications

• P.E. certification
• 7+ years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience required
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Must possess excellent mechanical system design knowledge
• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Must have good communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with clients and project team members
• Knowledge of various computer programs associated with mechanical engineering, including Revit /AutoCAD
