GRAPHIC DESIGNER DETAILS –

We are looking to add to TSH team, a multi-faceted graphic designer who is ecstatic to dive into the world of brand building + modern marketing with The Sampson House team. Within this full-time position, your responsibilities will heavily focus on designing for a variety of marketing efforts such as, websites, advertisements, brand building, campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials. You'll use your creativity and expertise to develop designs that effectively communicate a message or convey a brand's identity. This position will work collaboratively with our full team as well as assist workload and receive direction from our Art and Creative Directors. This position is perfect for an artist who loves a variety of mediums.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Execute print/placement ready designs for many different mediums. (ie. Banners, Digital Ads, Website Graphics, Brochures, Presentations and more.)

• Must work smoothly in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop using key commands. • Strong multi-tasking skills juggling multiple projects at once.

• Must be adaptable and willing to adjust as priorities and directions change.

• Able to receive constructive feedback and design direction.

• Knowledge of print and digital requirements in regards to color, resolution, layout, etc and proofread all content.

• Complete tasks on time. • Easily and efficiently communicate wants, needs and expectations to clients and coworkers to get projects completed in the most effective way.

• Able to adapt and continue to learn in a constantly changing industry.

• Video + animation experience is a bonus — Knowledge in Adobe AfterEffects, Animate, Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro.

• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.

• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, script writing, and storyboarding.

• Ensure the consistency of company design guidelines across visual assets.

• In-depth knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.

• Passion for digital media and proficiency with major social media platforms.

• Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
