Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

We’ve been at the forefront of local marine and wildlife causes with strong contributions to the local sea turtle tracking group, large sponsorships of our local and loved Sea Pines Forrest preserve and being at the forefront of committing to paper straws and creative ways to limit single use plastics to reduce our impact on marine wildlife. We understand that environmental stewardship is a responsibility of everyone and we operate our restaurants and vessels with that in mind.
