Remote Sales Manager- 100% Commission

Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding the company's business by working with our new and existing clients to create plans for life insurance, debt elimination and retirement. This position also requires recruiting and training teams across the region to expand our company.

Responsibilities

• Present and write insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Find and recruit key talent to help grow our company
• Attend and Speak at Regional and National Events
• Lead weekly team training calls
• Track team progress
• Personal Development is a MUST - We are looking for someone who spends a minimum of 30 minutes/day on personal development so that you have what it takes to develop others!
• This is 100% Commission opportunity

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, customer service or other related fields a plus, but not necessary. Full Training is provided.
• Must have a Life Insurance Producer License (or willing to get license)
• Ability to build rapport with others
• Must be willing to learn new skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to problem solve and work on processes that will help with overall team success
• Proficient In Word, Excel, Power-point
• Marketing/Social Media skills a plus
• Strong level of integrity in the workplace
