As an Agent, your main responsibility is to protect families from financial hardship through Mortgage Protection Coverage. Our job is to provide a plan to keep families in their homes, should the main income-earner pass away. When a family purchases or refinances a home, we reach out to them to let them know how we can protect them should the unexpected happen – and if they are interested in our services, they respond via direct mail, phone call, or online. Once they have expressed an interest, we call them to schedule an appointment so that we can dedicate time to serving them. You can run your appointment however you’d like – in person, via Zoom, or via phone. In your appointment, your job is to listen to their needs and find a solution that fits their budget. Once you have decided on a plan, you will fill out the application with your client online, submit it to the insurance carrier, and follow-up to make sure it is processed properly. Once the application has been approved, you will receive a commission via direct deposit from the insurance carrier.
Our Part-Time Agents work between 15-20 hours per week. Our Full-Time Agents work between 30-35 hours per week. As a new Agent, when you write an average sized policy that is approved – you will receive around $500-600 in commission. Part-Time Agents usually write between 6-12 average sized policies, and Full-Time Agents usually write between 12-20 average sized policies. You have the opportunity to increase your commission percentage every two months and to earn bonuses monthly on top of your commission deposits. This is a 100% commission position, with no base salary.
What we do is simple. It’s just not easy. We have a system that works 100% of the time, as long as you work the system. We have phone scripts, presentation scripts, unlimited training, and ongoing one-on-one mentorship. You are never alone, and as long as you plug into the system – we are here to guide you every step of the way.
The majority of agents on our team came into this opportunity with zero experience in the insurance industry. Don’t let that scare you. We work as a true team, we want to see you win, and we are here to help you succeed.
