Title: L1 Technical Coordinator

Job Description:

Contacting customers and coordinating schedules for technicians, etc. Individual is the frontline to all incoming jobs.

Requirements/skillsets:

  • Good organizational skills that are relative to an administration role.
  • Good time management skills are a must.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Basic or general understanding of computer usage and skills.
  • Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems.
