Job Description

What if you used your real estate license to create secure consistent pay as a Listing Coordinator? 

We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. $18 - $22 hourly

  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
  • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
  • Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process

  • Schedule photographer put on lockbox with keys (make copies if necessary), put up and take down sign riders, drop brochures and hand sanitizer. Check on vacant properties with our vacant property checklist
  • Use “ CMA checklist” to create CMA’s for listing agents and mail/email as appropriate
  • Use “New Listing Checklist” to input listing information and photos into MLS when Listing Agent notifies you
  • Send seller forms for designing and communicate with sellers when necessary
  • Admin work and data input that is necessary for the team
  • Runner work that is necessary for the team
  • Answer incoming calls with appropriate scripts
  • Any other tasks that may be appropriate to support the growth of the TEAM and first

  • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred

  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
